By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. FITTER INDEPENDENCE Horse Fitter Pro operates as a marketplace connecting riders with independent contractor fitters. • Fitters are NOT employees of Horse Fitter Pro. • Each fitter sets their own rates, availability, and service terms. • Horse Fitter Pro does not control how fitters perform their services. • All relationships between riders and fitters are governed by separate agreements.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Horse Fitter Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service. • This limitation applies even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS If you are outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
